Took my truck here for window tint and getting subs installed. The team is super knowledgeable and super nice. They work with you and try to help out in anyway they can! Adrian was even texting me updates on my truck to let me know when work started and when it was finished! 10/10 recommend going here if your in Fort Bliss and need any kind of work done! They know what they’re doing!

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. They advertise strong support for veterans, but unfortunately, that did not match my experience as a veteran customer. I brought in my truck to have an amplifier, LOC, subwoofer, and lighting installed. I supplied all the necessary parts, so the job was primarily labor plus some minor wiring and installation hardware. We agreed on approximately $700 for labor, and I received photo updates during the process. When I picked up the truck, I was shocked by the condition it was in. Multiple interior plastic panels had been broken during removal, solder had been burned into the carpet, the wiring was messy and pinched (creating a potential safety issue), and the amplifier settings had not been adjusted. Additionally, instead of installing the LOC I had provided, they installed a different unit without prior notice and attempted to charge me double the MSRP for it. I spoke with the salesperson Alberto and the owner. Alberto was polite and apologetic, agreeing to repair the damage. I dropped the truck off a second time, but upon final pickup, the broken panels had not been properly repaired—they were simply pushed back into place. While t

Went to Texas BoomBox to get a Amp and Sub installed, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the store, and the Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and help me get exactly what I was looking for. Nathaniel also does an Outstanding Detail Service if you need your ride cleaned out after a Long Road Trip, he will reset your ride back to New. Thanks Man, Greatly Appreciated 🫡

I want to give a huge shoutout to Boombox for building me an outstanding custom subwoofer box. The quality of their work is top-tier—everything was done right from start to finish. The box was built with a solid 3/4″ MDF face plate, strong internal bracing, and all seams were properly glued and sealed for an airtight finish. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship because the box not only looks clean but performs exactly how it should. The vents are perfectly designed, the build is tight with no leaks, and the overall construction gives me clean, hard-hitting bass. On top of that, the carpet finish looks professional and fits perfectly with the setup. If you’re looking for a custom box that’s built the right way and actually performs, I highly recommend Boombox. They did a great job on mine, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future builds.
